The top floor of this home features is the main living area with an open and airy floor plan of open-concept living room, kitchen and dining room. Seating for 8 at the dining room table and 3 barstools at the kitchen island. Fabulous butcher block countertops and stainless appliances in the kitchen with plenty of cabinet and pantry space. The top floor Master bedroom boasts a queen bed and a shared bathroom. Large covered porches are located on the front and back of the home, all with cozy Adirondack seating and wonderful views of the surrounding lush landscaping. The first floor boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The first bedroom on this floor features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The third and final bedroom on this floor features both a queen bed and day bed with trundle (2 singles) with en-suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. At the ground level is the entry to the large private pool with extensive pool deck, mini fridge for all your beverages, loungers, cozy seating, hammock, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower and a designated grill area with gas grill and prep table. Under house parking and extra parking pad at driveway. This home is just steps away from the maintained beach path that takes you straight to the beach boardwalk.
