At this remodeled Gulf front condo on St. George Island, you will enjoy your vacation with SGI's top rated beach literally out your back door. Gorgeous white sand beaches, warm waters, and a laid back island atmosphere await you. Newly furnished with fabulous picture windows and sliders in the living spaces, Island Club 3 is light and bright and reminds you you're at the beach at every turn. We know you will love it as much as we do!

From the minute you enter our unit you have unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living area offers an open concept floor plan including the kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining table, and living room. The master bedroom is spacious with an en suite bathroom, king size bed, reading nook, desk space, dresser, closet, and sliding glass door out to the deck. The second bedroom has two brand-new twin beds, TV, dresser and closet with the hallway full bath just steps away. Island Club 3 has a modern kitchen complete with all you could possibly need to cook and serve your local catch, new and comfortable furniture (including the beds), smart televisions and much more.

Outside you will enjoy the spacious, partially covered deck from your first sip of morning coffee watching the sunrise to your evening nightcap while star gazing. There is outdoor seating for dining, sunbathing, or just relaxing to the sound of the waves. The view overlooking the beach and Gulf is spectacular.

Just steps from the sand, IC3 makes being a beach bum easy for you – you can even oversee the kids playing on the beach from the deck and watch for dolphins at the same time – but there is plenty more to do on St. George Island to make your vacation even more perfect. Stick with the water and spend some time fishing from the beach (or plan a day trip out on the Gulf), boating, kayaking, canoeing or paddleboarding. Rentals and charters are available on the island. If you prefer to stay on land you can go hiking, biking, nature and bird watching. A relaxing walk counts as exercise, just choose right or left and off you go (don’t forget your dog!). The pristine state park on St. George is also great choice. If shopping or seeing the sights is your thing, peruse great shops and the lighthouse on the island or go across the bay to historic Apalachicola. Whatever your preference, memories are yours for the making!

This property is easy and beautiful. Just as described. We had 3 adults and 2 dogs and had a great visit! Jenny, the property manager, is lovely and wants to make sure you have a nice visit. This was our 3rd time staying at the condo!

Great rental! On the beach - excellent view. Unit very nice - up to date, clean, kitchen well stocked with appliances and kitchenware. Bathrooms well stocked with towels, etc., and extras. Definitely will rent again!

St. George Island

Our stay was very relaxing and the property is steps away from the beach… even closer than some of the surrounding properties! Dog friendly which made our lives very easy! We would stay again.

Great little place. Loved the large deck that was accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. Well stocked with clean towels, cleaning supplies, and paper products. We hope to be back next year. The property manager, Jenny, was fantastic!

Perfect Place for R&R!

Our stay was amazing!! We loved the ocean view from the deck and being steps from the beach. It was a great place to relax and renew. The place was clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it. Management was great to communicate with. I definitely would stay here again. Thank you!!

Great little place

We really enjoy our stay. The house is not for families, but was perfect for. A family of four. Great proximity to the ocean and we absolutely loved our covered patio for games and eating dinner. Also very good with communication and making sure that everything was just right

Second time just as perfect as the first.

Love this condo! My second time here. Very clean and comfortable. The best thing is the deck. High top table and chairs to enjoy the fabulous view and half covered if you want to stay out of the sun.

Another wonderful visit to Island Club #3!

Our second year staying here. Already booked visit #3 for next year! Lovely property on the water. Has a surprisingly well stocked kitchen! We enjoy popping out for early morning beach walks with our dogs, cooking and eating most of our meals at the condo, and driving into Apalachicola for a day trip or two. The condo is clean and comfortable. Jenny is a very responsive and in reach rental manager!

Perfect Experience

The location was perfect as it was just steps from beach making getting to your surf fishing spot extremely convenient. Being able to see and hear the ocean from inside the rental made it very relaxing. Good sized deck to watch sunsets and sunrises. The kitchen had all the amenities you would need for such a trip. Was very clean with the bed being pretty comfortable. Goal of my trip was just to relax, fish and take walks on the beach....all accomplished! Last note, Jenny was awesome to interact with. Will be back next year.

St George Island getaway

Absolutely perfect, exactly what we needed/were looking for. The property is right on the beach, just behind low dunes, with short-direct access, perfect for our senior puppy. The second story offered amazing views of the water, particularly enjoyable from the master bedroom and living room. The back deck, with its covered section offered the best of both worlds, sun and shade. The furnishings in the home were modern yet welcoming, and just very thoughtfully decorated throughout. The property manager and owner were both incredibly accommodating, reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed. We absolutely can't wait to come back again after our amazing stay here

Didn't want to leave!

Island Club 3 was easy to find and the view from the balcony was amazing! Plenty of space for our family to stay and enjoy our vacation! We had rented a golf cart for the week and the parking lot was always full so there isn't really enough parking space. Other than that we really don't have many suggestions for improvement other than maybe dusting a bit more behind things and washing the rugs more often. We really enjoyed the place and the location was perfect for us! athe 4 units to use if people thanone vehicle.

Another perfect week

We have stayed in this apartment many times. It is the perfect place for a couple or small family. We enjoy being right on the beach, and close to town for picking up essentials, like more ice cream! We spent as much time as we could sitting on the deck watching the waves. Jenny (the manager) and Martin (the owner) could not be more helpful and thoughtful. They are a pleasure to communicate with. We had no issues with the property but are headed home ahead of the storm. We'll be back!

Beautiful beach getaway

A very family friendly beach, good for children and pets. The house is right on the beach and the view is excellent. The place needs some tlc, especially the bathrooms, which are tiny and a little grungy. The floors all over could use a good cleaning. The water pressure drops suddenly, not sure why. The lone beach umbrella provided is broken but usable. Other than that everything was excellent. The beach is the best part. Nice place to getaway and do nothing but enjoy the sea and the beach. Saw pods of dolphins everyday. Not a shelling beach but beautiful to splash around in. There is a sandbar just a short swim away. The small town has all the things you might need for rental, golf carts, kayaks, bicycles, jet skis, etc. There are plenty of places to eat, some touristy shopping and other amenities. All in all a beautiful beach getaway.

Jenny was the best! Sunrises from this unit are spectacular! Super high-tech washer and dryer. Kitchen had enough dinnerware, flatware and glasses to feed 8-10 people (not that we tried! It was just me, my hubby, our two big dogs, and my stepson came for two days). We were supplied with enough paper towels, dish soap, DW pods, TP and bath soap. I brought all that stuff because most houses don’t supply enough. A/C worked great! Nice sheets on the beds. Powerful ceiling fans. There were a couple of small things I needed in the kitchen, but couldn’t find: a tea strainer and a funnel. Can’t complain about that! We loved that it was so close to the beach! Overall great experience!

Beach condo with stunning views

It was hard to come back home! I think that says a lot… Jenny was a dream to work with and any small issue we had was resolved immediately. This condo is beachfront! You can access the beach directly from your deck. You have your own private outdoor shower to rinse off before going back inside the condo. Our family of 5 was cozy in the condo, but didn’t feel cramped at all. We picked this condo for its location and good reviews. We loved being able to go down to the beach and then come up to get more snacks, eat lunch, or reapply sunscreen. We appreciated not being so close to the center of the island. The beach in front of our condo was never what I would consider busy. 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs are provided. The washer and dryer were utilized daily! We appreciated the provided beach towels, as other beach condos have not provided for us in the past at other beaches. Beds were very comfortable. Appreciated the open concept and the view of the ocean from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The bathrooms are tiny, but that didn’t bother us at all. Showers had really good pressure. Highly recommend doing at least one meal at blue parrot, which is directly beachfront. Plan to stop at aunt Ebby‘s at least once for ice cream. We enjoyed our donuts from the crave food truck. And our boat adventure with Captain Dan through Journeys was amazing. My son caught a shark and we saw more dolphins than I could count. We already have planned to book this condo in the future!
