THIS FABULOUS FIRST-TIER PLANTATION property is the ultimate family gathering place! This home affords you spacious living and dining areas, hardwood floors, and a beautiful open kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A double-sided fireplace between the dining room and den as well as a 48 inch LG OLED flat screen TV with DVD player in the den. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own flat screen TV, with streaming capabilities. A Pack n Play and a high chair are also available upon request. Step out onto your large outdoor deck to watch the sunrise over the gulf or the starry skies at days end. There is a large screened porch with outdoor speakers and dining table that seats 6 to take in the beautiful sunsets while enjoying a meal with family and friends. Elevator is accessible from ground level and services all floors to facilitate off-loading of those groceries and suitcases. To further enhance your stay, you also have a lovely screen enclosed private pool tucked away in the lush landscaping for added privacy! Not to mention that you are a short walk from the Plantation Clubhouse with its large community pools, tennis courts and fitness center.
