This charming Island cottage is perfect for your beach getaway! 1 Beach Memory offers amazing Gulf views, direct beach access with a private boardwalk, professional pool table, an exterior elevator that services all floors and a six-person hot tub! The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with multiple decks including a screened in porch, covered deck with hot tub and a sunning deck. The exterior of the property offers an outdoor shower, a fish cleaning table and covered parking under the house.

BEDS: 2 Kings, 1 Double Bunk, 1 Twin.
