Welcome to Angel Fish! This 4 bedroom 4 and half bath home is located within Casa del Mar in the Plantation. This lovely home is located across the street from the beach and boasts coastal views from both decks. The exterior of Angel Fish offers a private swimming pool with spill-over spa, under-house concrete parking, covered entry, enclosed outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, park-style grill, and access to a community boardwalk. The first floor features 3 spacious bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and a laundry area. The second floor features the open living, kitchen and dining areas as well as a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Both floors have large covered decks perfect for enjoying the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. This property does not offer use of the Plantation amenities.

AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, DVD player, well equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, walk-in pantry, tile floors throughout, master bathroom recently remodeled with new cabinets, quartz countertops, stand-alone shower, large covered porches with comfortable seating and rockers, private pool with spill-over spa, hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower, fish cleaning station with sink, charcoal grill, picnic table, corn hole game and under house concrete parking.
