Welcome to Daddy's Money! This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located in the West Gulf Beaches area of St. George Island. This home features a unique split floor plan. Entering the home you are greeted by the open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen. The living area features comfortable seating and a large TV. The dining area features a large wooden table that seats 6. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar that seats 4, white appliances, granite countertop, and plenty of cabinetry. Moving on to the middle floor you will find the queen bedroom, twin bedroom (2 single beds), and a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with tile flooring and TVs. The shared bathroom features a standard shower/tub combo. The top floor of Daddy's Money features the master suite with a king bed, mirrored closet, and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom features a single vanity and tiled stand up shower. The exterior of the home features a screened in porch with outdoor dining table that seats 6. Daddy's Money also features a private pool with outdoor seating, outdoor shower, park style grill, and both under house and driveway parking.

AMENITIES: Multiple TV's, DVD player, well equipped kitchen with granite countertops, screened porch, private pool (heated for a fee), fenced outdoor pet area, hot/cold outdoor shower, top floor is master suite with king bed and en-suite bathroom, sundeck, outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill and under house parking.
