Welcome to Daddy’s Money! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach home is located in the desirable West Gulf Beaches area of St. George Island, offering a comfortable layout and fantastic outdoor amenities for the perfect coastal getaway.

The home features a unique split-level floor plan designed for both relaxation and privacy. Enter to find a bright open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room offers comfortable seating and a large TV perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The dining area seats six, and the well-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating for four, making it easy to gather with family and friends.

On the middle level, you’ll find a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds, both with tile flooring and TVs. These rooms share a conveniently located bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The top floor is dedicated to the private master suite, featuring a king bed, mirrored closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a single vanity and tiled walk-in shower.

Step outside to enjoy the screened porch with dining table, a private swimming pool, outdoor seating, outdoor shower, and park-style grill—perfect for relaxing or entertaining after a day on the sand. Additional conveniences include under-house and driveway parking, and the home is pet friendly, so your fur babies can join the fun.
