"Lovely stay, right on the heart of Padstow, parking is opposite £10 for 24 hours Would stay again, nice place for work, good WiFi as well"

"Great location and good space for family. However they didn’t tell us before or when we checked on that the oven and hob were out of order. We had bought food to prepare so very disappointing and it meant eating out. They didn’t offer any money back or good will when we asked. "

"Clean, well appointed cottage. Bathrooms are looking tired and probably should be replaced . The first time we used the en-suite shower, water poured through the lounge ceiling. We called the number given and a man came round , tested the shower and claimed it didn’t leak. We just had to use the other shower after this "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Skylark! The house is so cosy, with everything you could possibly need. The addition of the new sauna was a bonus! Marc and Hannah were also very responsive to messages and happy to help. We will definitely be returning :) "

"Excellent quiet location, just a few minutes walk to Padstow Harbour. Great communication from the owners. The house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay away from home. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 dogs. Would highly recommend. "

"We had a lovely stay despite a rocky start due to the cleanliness of the beds - we spent the first couple of hours in Tesco, buying new mattress protectors, bedlinen, duvets and the contents of the non existent welcome hamper! The living space and kitchen were great but the rest of the property could do with some updating and a little bit of TLC. Little things like a new kettle, toaster and a washing machine that didn’t sound like it was about to explode would be a good start!! The view was perfect and the access to Polzeath was fab. "
