"We got off to a rough start when a brief municipal power outage caused the water in the shower and sink to stop. It took two engineers a couple of tries over the course of 15-30 minutes to get the water restarted. We were told ours was the only room impacted. After getting that sorted (they did find an open room where my partner could complete their shower) everything went smoothly. Room cleaned, amenities refreshed daily. Very pleasant staff. EXCELLENT LOCATION. I would highly recommend"

"Stayed at the Grand Habour view Sky suite for 3 nights. WiFi was not working on day 1, one of the bedside lamps was not working. AC could not be adjusted (only on/off). Like the space and the view, and the staff was very friendly and did their best to help, but the maintenance should be done much better."

"Staff were very friendly and accommodating, hotel was central, clean and comfortable bed, only downside was we booked courtyard view room and we had a view of the lift from a tiny window. No other windows in the room, so basically had to keep curtains closed the full time as everyone could see in our room when waiting for the lift."

"All the staff on reception were really helpful and attentive to requests. The room was spotless everyday with towel decorations. The breakfast was excellent. One suggestion would be to move the tea and coffee making and juices to the lounge to make more room in the serving area as the breakfast area is quite small. "Great location and hotel. My only disappointment was the quality of the produce used in breakfast. Not sure if the restaurant is owned by the hotel or just a partner, but felt it let the hotel down… eg orange juice out of a carton, even think the avocado was out of a tin! ( you know that off green, blackish tinged tasteless spread looking avocado) detail matters, and felt it was off point. As a result we did not bother eating there in the evening - plenty of other choice locally. Overall a great place to stay, and staff very helpful and friendly."
