"Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Would be 5 stars but hotel just needs a little bit of TLC in places.
Great location with St Helier centre within a few minutes walk and the bus station at most 10 minutes walk away"

"The place on the whole was just really nice, all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, credit to the reception staff, the service was impeccable! The breakfast was lovely with a great choice, the bar clean and cosy and added bonus of the upstairs terrace! Food was great too on the couple of occasions we ate there! My room was small but cosy and clean with a comfortable bed so all good! Didn’t get the name of the reception staff but the little one was lovely and helpful in arranging so we didn’t have to move rooms for our extra night stay so thank you ☺️"
"This was our second visit and we weren’t disappointed. Fabulous hotel, very family friendly and for those looking for a quiet break - it suits everyone. Can’t find any faults. What really makes this hotel stand out though are the team they have working there who all provide an exceptional and friendly service. "
