"​Unfortunately, my experience here was underwhelming due to several facility issues. The room felt mediocre, featuring a non-working refrigerator, a damaged hairdryer, and a complete lack of hot water. The mattress was also quite firm, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. ​Most concerning was the lack of attention to allergy specifications for my pre-ordered breakfast, despite clear prior instructions. Between the service lapses and the loud mechanical noises coming from the bathroom pipes, I cannot recommend staying here until these maintenance and communication issues are addressed."

The room was comfortably heated, ensuring a cozy atmosphere even on cooler nights. The amenities provided were nice, making my stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free, which I really appreciated after a long sleepless journey. The security at the hotel was excellent, giving me peace of mind throughout my stay. Parking nearby was very easy to access, adding to the overall convenience. The staff was absolutely brilliant - friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Although I didn't dine at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food, the location offered easy access to the beach, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful Jersey coastline effortlessly. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this 4*Star hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing seaside getaway with excellent service and great amenities."
