"Perfect location near the station and the beach. Friendly staff. Good shower. Comfy bed. Not very clean and could do with a makeover, very tired. Lift doesn't work. Very cheap and cheerful. Really easy to find and near all amenities."

"My wife and I stayed for two nights for our friends’ wedding in Whitley bay. Great seafront location and a lovely view. Perfect for our stay. Good communication from the host, easy to access, clean and nice apartment."

"Lovely located 1930s house within easy walk of the fabulous beach. Comfortable bed in huge bay windowed upstairs room.Downstairs front bay windowed bedroom would make a lovely second reception/living room as back room is quite small with dining table in there along with L-shaped sofa and TV etc.There was a lot of personal food and toiletries left in the house, which was unusual, made it feel like you were staying in someone’s home rather than a rental.Hosts (Nick & Rodica) were lovely and accommodating and extended our last day until 1pm, which meant we had a nice relaxing morning on our last day. Many thanks! "
