"Lovely guest room with sunny balcony overlooking fields. Breakfast was very good but we didn’t eat here in the evening. Staff were friendly and easy to park near the accommodation block. Overall a great stay in a beautiful area close to Wells, Morston Quay & Blakeney."

"Tucked away in a little hamlet, this delightful guest house is a gem of a find. Everything is well maintained, beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was as good as it gets, all personally served at the table in the large modern kitchen diner. The staff were kind, helpful and with a good degree of local knowledge. There is a hot tub in the garden and just steps away from the local pub which serves good food. We have no hesitation in saying you will be very happy to stay there. We are in our late 70's and have travelled the world from the Waldorf Astoria in New York to The Banana Hostel in Haikou. This place is in our top two."

"The cottage is adjacent to stiffkey stores which was very convenient & close to the small stiffkey river which was ideal for a picnic. It is is set in a gravel cul-de-sac with other period properties. Located close to beautiful beaches including Holkam, Wells & Blakney. The wildlife is fabulous & each morning & evening we were entertained by a number of Swifts & Swallows. At nightime an Owl would hoot tunefully behind our cottage. The coast is rich in birds & wildlife. It is a very picturesque area & very unspoilt & natural. We would certainly return."

"What a find! A little place steeped in history, pub on the doorstep and Wells next the Sea just 5 minutes away. If you love cricket and horses, then this is about perfect! Lots of little details catered for: welcome pack; toiletries; lots of outdoor seating; dog treats; hairdryer; corkscrew and a comfy bed. The hot tub is welcome after a day of exploring. Had a super stay - thank you."
