"The live music was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again! Hotel was very clean and well-lit hallways. "

"The breakfast was good. Could do better with the coffee availability. I was told coffee was available 24/7 and it wasn’t and when I asked about I was just told it was out. No one ever refilled it until breakfast time. The bathroom needed so attention. The toilet seat was coming off and part of the molding around the tube was peeling off. Other than that it was a pretty good place for a two day stay. "

"We arrived for a weekend at MOA and had chosen this hotel for the proximity to MOA and for the indoor pool. Upon arrival we noticed a sign at the front desk that the pool was under renovation. Obviously this was a huge disappointment as we had purposely booked this hotel knowing this would be an amenity. The front desk team was apologetic but were quick to be defensive about how it was “listed on their website.” Upon further research, it is in fact not clearly listed nor is their a pop up alert when booking to inform families of this renovation and closure. They did give us complimentary Mini golf tickets, but again, we could have stayed at numerous other hotels close by with a pool. "

"The staff was nice for the most part although I didn’t know I had to pay for parking I didn’t know breakfast wasn’t included that is not a good move for a place that services families with kids the vending machines are way to expensive but overall my family and I loved the convenience of accessing the mall and other local shopping places "

"The breakfast was fresh, the jacuzzi was amazing, the room was clean and very comfortable and easy access to the mall. "

"If I could rate a zero I would. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. You first walk in it’s honestly promising then you are met with a not professional front desk agent not a pleasant welcoming. He tells you your room number but gives you no instructions on how to get to your room the room was a joke fan taped to the ceiling, punched hole in the door marker on the mirror trash in trashcan lights didn’t work go down to get a new room just for the second rooms to have bugs. Definitely don’t recommend staying here as a front desk agent myself I thought giving this hotel a try even due to the low rating would not be bad but this was horrible. "

"The staff at check in and check out were very pleasant and professional. The room was very nice and clean-very spacious. We did not have breakfast but it looked like many were enjoying it."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. I'm not sure who is rating this place 5 stars. The room was actually disgusting. There was Hair on the beds, the sheets were dirty and just dingy. The faucet in the bathroom was shooting out water from the bottom. The doors were cracked with tape all over. I'm still in shock. I'm writing this review at 12:30 am as we're driving back home to Wisconsin instead of sleeping in that place. I truly feel like the reviews left for this place are fake. I feel completely deceived. I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel but I would at least expect better. Also the area was a bit shady, the back doors were broken and unlocked and literally anyone can sneak in there. We left our key in the room and ran. If you wanna refund me that'd be great. Otherwise I guess I'll eat the cost and move on with my life. Do better."
