"The house was too warm and no way of turning down the heating. The kitchen did not have enough dishes I had to buy a large lasagne dish to cook it. The pressure for hot water was very low. I was expecting luxury but was disappointed. The beds were not comfortable. And the pool would be nice if it was heated. The cushions had smell of dog which was not good. The login details for WiFi was incorrect and took a while to get the correct one. It’s very expensive and would expect high end tror the price we paid but it was average. It’s advertised as having bikes but there was none. There was an exercise bike but you need the shoes to go on it. Generally it was okay."

"Lovely property, well sited by the first tee and close to the restaurant and amenities. we had a minor delay in being given the key and gate codes before we arrived, but we would happily return to such a comfortable and well equipped home."

"Pub with rooms,with a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. Evening staff were warm and welcoming, great evening meal. Breakfast was slightly less relaxed as the waitress was slightly overwhelmed having 4 guests. An extension lead for the kettle in the bedroom would be useful. Also lots of cooking smells in the room and corridors due to the kitchen door being open all the time."

"Very nice place to stay, easy accessible, everything you need. Host communication was very good, clear, precise and understandable. Nice friendly place to stay, felt safe and secure.Rooms were all clean and well presented. Onsite activities are great, small family friendly swimming pool. Good small cafe onsite to. Forest in the surrounding area that provides a nice walk. Site not far from Great Yarmouth itself which also has plenty to do"

"A stunning property and location, we were very lucky to find the Ship cottage and would love to stay again. Reedham is lovely and the Ship pub became our second cottage. If you can get to visit the Cottage , you will be charmed and love it immediately. 10/10"
Fritton Lake - The Clubhouse

"We had the most wonderful stay at fritton lakes. The staff were lovely , the food was very high standard and our family room with our little boy just gorgeous!! The out door swimming pool is brilliant we can’t wait to go back in the summer months, to enjoy all the outdoor activities. The carpets in the rooms are a little tired but I think that maybe can’t be helped due to the farm style surroundings coming in doors off peoples footwear, but everything else was 5* ! "
