Direct beachfront top floor boasting Florida's natural sunshine overlooking gorgeous Clearwater Beach. Rated as the best beach in Florida, Clearwater, is known for its soft, white sand and the numerous year round activities like, jet-skiing, parasailing, and stand-up paddleboarding. After a long day of fun in sun, wind down with a great meal at a variety of local restaurants, from casual beachfront to upscale dining. End the day at sunset with the nightly festival at Pier 60 which hosts street performers and craft vendors. Whether this a couples or family vacation, Clearwater Beach has a lot to offer.
Casa di Bella Vista, House of the Beautiful View, is a fully equipped condo that sleeps six in comfortable beds with additional sleeping space on a new roll out sofa in the living room. Living has beautiful Natuzzi leather furnishing and a large screen TV. Two full bathrooms. Double sinks in the master bath with a large soaking tub with light therapy. The second bath has a large shower with light therapy. The gourmet kitchen provides all the suitable tools to dine in. The full length deck gives you an unforgettable view of sunset on the Gulf of Mexico.

March Break Vacay

We love the location of this condo! Close enough to the bustle, restaurants and shops but just far enough away that it is a bit quieter. Being right on the beach and watching the sunsets and dolphins is amazing! We traveled with teens so it’s a perfect location for them to have their freedom to shop or walk the beach!! Will definitely return!!!

Perfect beach get-away

Very nice spot with plenty of space for our family of four. Loved the easy beach access and shelling. very easy check in and check out process. I’m sure we will be back!

Great view and location

The ocean view was great, lots of chairs and things to take to the beach, plenty of bath and beach towels, walking distance to plenty of restaurants and CVS, and owner responded quickly to minor issue.

Beautiful condo with better view then sunset pier. Walkable to anything you would need . Host was very responsive, beach supply provided but not in best condition. Plenty of beach and house towels provided .

very impressive

The condo was very comfortable and accommodating. Cleanliness and communication were top notch! Being on the top floor also gave us a great view of the beach. If we had anything critical to add it would be that the balconies weren't very private. There is no privacy barrier between you and your neighbor's balcony. We had great neighbors, so it wasn't a problem, but would have preferred a more private balcony. Otherwise, a great place to stay!

The property is exactly as described and pictured. It was very clean with everything needed was included. The location is excellent, the beach is beautiful, everything first class. The host is very responsive ! We would stay there again without hesitation!!!

Great Beachfront Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in April 2024. Unit was very spacious and clean and a beautiful view. We could walk to many places which was great. Only thing we felt was missing was a second shower and a few extra hooks to hang towels and swimsuits! We loved the deck and sitting outside to watch the amazing sunsets!

Girls’ Trip

We had a wonderful time at the condo and Clearwater Beach! Beautiful beachfront view from condo and balcony. Very spacious, clean, and updated. Steps to the beach and pool. Beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc. all provided. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Edward is a great manager/host! We loved every minute of our trip.

Spring Break

Have stayed here several times. Awesome location. 7-8 minute walk to Frenchy’s and Caretta’s On The Bay and on the beach. On a totally different note, you may want to pack some K-cups although it comes with both types of coffee makers…traditional automatic drip and Keurig K-cups. Sitting on the balcony in the morning with your cup of Joe and listening to the ocean waves is incredible.

Our favorite vacation spot (really don't want to leave a review)

We love this condo, the area, the beach, and everything that goes with it. We travel an extra 4 hours just to come here. Edward, the owner, is very personable and responsive. The condo is as described, spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and right on the beautiful Clearwater Beach. We love it so much, I don't like leaving this review, because it might make it harder for us to book year after year! But, give credit, where credit is due! Cheers, Bryan

Breathtaking!!!!

The view was absolutely stunning and the condo was everything you could ask for. The beds were comfortable and the decor was tasteful and beachy (want to recreate it in my home). The only change I might make to the unit is add a barn door (a little too open for me. 😂) and shower to the master bathroom. The condo was the perfect location to downtown Clearwater-very walkable, bike friendly and safe.

Family friendly beach condo

My husband and I along with our 5 year old son planned a family trip with our in-laws. They are both in wheelchairs and have a difficult time getting around. This property worked out perfectly for the whole family. The property was safe, included elevator access, amazing beach views, walking access to restaurants, and toys/ beach gear. The condo was clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed. The manager gave detailed information making things easy. We will definitely be back!!!

FANTASTIC!!

The property description as stated... is WELL UNDERSTATED. The property is magnified. High end everything. Sub Zero, induction cooktop, Toto Fixtures. Spa shower. Extra large jacuzzi tub which I used every evening. Fantastic coastal view off private balcony, quiet northern town location with a short walk to bars/restaurants/promenade. Edward was laid back but there when needed. It could not have been better. We will definitely be back for a longer stay next time as we have been spoiled here!!

Perfect Beach Stay

We have stayed in many condos on the Gulf beaches of Florida, but this one was one of the best. We flew to Florida this time, and were so happy to have everything provided for our beach stay. I personally appreciated the storage area downstairs which housed all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, toys so that the sand was not brought up to the condo each day. We loved that there were shops and restaurants within walking distance, and did not get in the car our entire stay. It was truly a break from it all. We enjoyed walks on the beach, which was not crowded at all. The condo itself was updated, comfortable and roomy enough for our family, including two teens. The jacuzzi tub was amazing after a day at the beach. We are already checking our calendar to plan our next stay.

Beautiful place to relax.

We had a wonderful time at your condo. The view was fabulous. It was beautifully furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was spacious for the four adults and I granddaughter. We all enjoyed the pool. It was nice having beach towels and beach equipment there if we needed it. It was never overly crowded. We had the best view from our balcony. My husband is not a beach person at 80, and he said we couldn’t have picked a better place. Thank you for you immediate attention which wasn’t needed very often. One more thing the other vacationers at the condo were so friendly.. We met some very nice people.

Great location, host, and apartment

We just returned from our stay at the Clearwater beach. The apartment is on the top floor of a 5 story building with panoramic views of the gulf and offers breathtaking sunsets. It is well maintained and equipped with high end appliances, all in great working conditions. Traveling with young kids, safety and security was a major concern for us but as soon as we arrived we felt at home. There are electronic door locks throughout the location. The apartment comes with a dedicated parking spot so we didn’t have to worry about parking even when coming back late at night. What is also great about this location is that it is on residential side of the Clearwater beach which means it is less commercial and less crowded. We took advantage of easy access to the beach and went for morning walks as well as spending as much time as possible in waters. Edward is a great host, who ensured our stay is comfortable. He answered many of our questions and shared other information related to our stay and local shopping/ dining in the area.
