This beautiful apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette , free shared laundry on premises, one free parking spot, dining table with 4 chairs. Quiet area located 3 min away from downtown Clearwater and steps away from beautiful park.

7 min away from Clearwater beach, 3 min away from downtown Clearwater and steps away from beautiful Crest Lake park. This apartment is perfect for small family of 4 looking for a home away from home. Recently remodeled bathroom with standing shower to unwind. Pets are welcomed, no parties and no smoking please.
