  • Lovely, nicely appointed, clean, quiet place! everythingyou needed! Including a cute coffee station in the sitting area. It overlooks a little canal. The only thing that would make it better would be a balcony there! ☺️
    There is a Publix in walking distance, but as my flight was coming in late, and I wanted a few things for the morning, I placed an Instacart order and had them leave it right at the door. ☺️.

Nice clean condo with everything we needed for our stay. Great location, close to food stores, great restaurants. Especially enjoyed Brenda’s on the Causeway for breakfast and Frenchies for dinner. Parked in lot on causeway to watch a beautiful sunset!

Excellent location. Restaurants, grocery store, drug store, dollar store, Jolley Trolley, causeway to Honeymoon island close by. The laundry is not in the condo. This would not be a problem but there were problems with the laundry facilities.

For the location you can’t beat the price we paid. The little town of Dunedin was super nice and friendly and only a 5 min drive. Mona was an amazing host and answered all my questions and made they check in and out.

Perfect little place to base out of

Such a great place to stay. Nice comfortable beds, great bathroom and water pressure. Nice towels and comfortable couch. Lots of great extras like coffee and beach chairs. The owner/manager was amazing and very attentive. There isn’t much of a view but you will enjoy the condo and it’s a great location with restaurants and Walgreens nearby. It’s also close to beaches and the cutest downtown Dunedin.

Cute and cozy

Very cute, cozy, very clean from the get go. Very short drive for grocerices (2 blocks), beach on the causeway or Honeymoon island, shopping, a Donald Ross design golf course very nearby (3 blocks)... short drive to downtown Dunedin or to Tarpon Springs sponge docks... great location to do anything and everything, quiet neighborhood.

Weekend getaway

Overall the our stay was short but glad we booked this property. I surprised my mom with a weekend getaway and we both got to relax with how easy the check in was. The host was easy to communicate with and answered quickly. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

It was a bit dirty. I needed up cleaning a bit including all of the floor boards, fronts of cupboards, etc. While the description listed a washer and dryer, it was not in the unit and did not work. The outside of the building had trash around it. It was just OK. The owner was really kind, but my guess is she hasn’t walked through the unit in some time. It needs a good cleaning.

Sisters getaway

Property was small, which is fine you should be outside in Florida! Distance to Honeymoon is fabulous. Walgreens is a block away which is handy. Washer and dryer facility is on site which is convenient. Only issue was the ceiling fan and light in living room didn't work.
