This traditional Florida single-family home with a heated salt pool (available in winter months from Dec-April). This exquisite home away from home is located in the heart of Pinellas County, Florida, and is perfect for families or large groups of up to 14 guests.

Enjoy Eagle Lake Park located just across the road, which offers cycling, jogging, nature/bird watching, and more. The Publix grocery store is just two blocks away, while Walmart, Costco, and Sam's Club are all less than two miles away. Some of the best beaches in the world, including Clearwater Beach and The Clearwater Aquarium, are both less than five miles away.

If you're up for some adventure, the Tampa Bay International Airport, Lowry Park Zoo, and Busch Gardens Theme Park are all about a 30-minute drive away. The designer shopping outlets are also a short drive away. Adventure Island, Dinosaur World, and Falcon's Fury Theme Parks are all less than an hour's drive away, while Disney World and Universal Studios are just a 1.5-hour drive away.

Inside the home, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, including a stove/oven, full-sized fridge, and microwave, as well as a washer/dryer for your convenience. The home offers 5 comfortable bedrooms with queen-size beds and 3 full bathrooms (One ensuite), providing plenty of space for everyone to relax. You'll also love spending time in the screened patio area, complete with a large pool perfect for cooling off on hot days.

Please note that we do allow pets in the home, and our backyard is fully fenced for your furry friends to enjoy. However, we do ask that you please supervise your pets at all times and clean up after them.

You will have complete access to the entire home during your stay, and we strive to provide a private and comfortable experience for all of our guests. We kindly ask that you supervise any children in your party at all times while on the premises to ensure their safety.

You'll have easy access to the house at any time with our keypad lock system. The property offers ample parking for up to 6 cars or SUVs in the driveway, so you'll have plenty of space to park. During the winter months from December to May, the pool water heater will keep you and your guests warm and comfortable. We're pet-friendly and welcome your furry friends to stay with you. The backyard is fully fenced with a designated pet door from the pool screened area. Please note that there is a maximum of two pets allowed with a $50 per pet fee. For your safety, we have a Ring audio/video security system installed on the exterior of the house and parking lot that is operational 24/7/365. Please note that we do not allow parties or unregistered over-night guests. We want you to have a comfortable and peaceful stay in our home.
