Large Condo Hotel Suite on the Beach

  • This ADA-compliant condo hotel suite comfortably sleeps 8, with 3 queen beds plus a full-sized sofa bed, in-room safe, and 2 full bathrooms and one half bath. Please note that one of the bedrooms does not have a window. This 3rd-floor suite provides a perfect spot to relax on your completely private balcony with no view. Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym , beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels, as part of the resort fee of $35 + tax included with your VRBO total. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience. This newer property is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60, a great place for family-friendly activities, dining, and taking in incredible sunsets. Should you want to explore the area further, there is a Beach Trolley that stops in front of the hotel, as well as other on-demand options. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $42.80/ daily will apply. If your party is bringing a second car, please contact the Hotel to find out availability. Charges may apply. Daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee. We will authorize the balance due, plus applicable fees and a $200 incidental hold upon check in. Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund

The Avalon is a great place to stay when visiting Clearwater. A short walk to stores and restaurants. They have beach chairs and umbrellas included for daily use. A free coffee bar 24/7. The building is clean and staff is very friendly.

Property location was great easy beach access, as the description states this is not a traditional VRBO in the sense of it being a home with all the personal items in the kitchen. If you plan to cook meals you will need to bring everything required like spices and condiment's. There are pots, pans and utensils as wells as plates and silverware. Our group of six enjoyed our stay! Parking was excellent.

All of the employees were exceptional. I was texted everyday to see if we needed anything.The condo was well stocked and spacious.It could have used another comfy chair in the living room, but there were plenty of dining chairs to move into the space.

Great place

I’ve never experienced a more responsive customer service team. We didn’t have any real issues but they seemed to go out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo is spacious and clean. We appreciated being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Great set up for a family

First, I want to start by saying, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful with each interaction. The lobby smells amazing, the entire building is spotless, and we love the more quiet North end location which is still easy walking distance to everything we want. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay again!

Amazing stay

Booked this hotel for a large group. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The customer service experience was more than I would expect. Hotels were clean and had basic supplies. Was right next to the beach and they even gave toys for the kids to bring to the beach. 10/10 would come back over and over

Great location and friendly staff

This is the perfect place for two families. We love the three bedroom option. It’s nice to have something on the beach that could accommodate both families. The property was very clean. The pool is small, but really nice. We enjoyed having all the beach and pool toys provided for us. The small bar on the fifth floor next to the pool was an added bonus. All of the staff were excellent. Very friendly.

Hurst and friends

We had very enjoyable time! Couple of suggestions though. It would be great to have dressers in each bedroom, so patrons don’t have to live out a suitcase. Also more hangers for the closets would be nice. Maybe more hooks to hang the towels on. And maybe larger size pots and pans for the kitchen. Not big things but things that can make the stay more manageable. All the staff were fantastic to deal with and very helpful.
