Cozy ground-floor condo with POOL at The Avalon

  • This cozy one-bedroom condo at the Avalon accommodates 3 with its queen size bed and twin-size sofa bed. Enjoy the pool and fitness room, or hang out at the covered terrace which has a mosquito net, and can be enjoyed all evening. Then, plop down on the leather sofa to watch a movie on the big 75-in television with cable and streaming services. Ground-floor access means no stairs!

    Free parking, pool, fitness room, cable TV, and Wi-Fi Internet. Just a 10 minute drive to Clearwater Beach and several other beaches, including the peaceful Indian Rocks Beach. 30 minute drive to Downtown Tampa or Downtown St-Petersburg. 1 hour 45 min to Disney World.

    The complex is walking distance from Publix grocery store, Abe's Place Tap & Grill, great restaurants, shopping, public transportation and 5 min drive to 24/7 Walmart.
