Wonderful vacation home

We were very satisfied with this rental property for our family vacation. It was perfect for what we needed and it was beautiful. We loved Clearwater and the accommodations and the convenience of the location of this condo. We would definitely stay there again!

Beach view without the price

We had an amazing time sitting on the roof top. We could even see the sunsets. The beach is a short walk away. We were able to enjoy food and live music with a short walk. The place was clean and quiet.

Great Views

This is our second stay! We love the location, so close to the beach and all the downtown shops and restaurants. The townhome has everything we need to make our stay perfect. An extra bonus is there is a beautiful new park that opened, with pickle ball courts and playground just across the street.

Great stay!

The vacation home was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was exactly what we were hoping for. The rooftop area was a very nice feature. Easy and quick walk to the beach and stores/restaurants. Property owners were great to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend staying here! Also, a close ice cream spot, the Mint Fox, was a favorite of everyone.

Amazing Stay..Awesome Location

This is one of the best properties we stayed at. The owner was quick to reply to everything, the property had an amazing location (SHORT walk to everything downtown), garage, elevator, AC, fans, Cable TV..LOADED. Everything that was provided was clean and working, from beach chairs and high chairs, to TVs and iron. I know where to stay next time I'm in Tampa!

Great Spot for Family Christmas at the Beach

Nice place for a larger group. We didn't utilize the elevator much, but I suppose it would be handy if you had a lot of luggage. Proximity to the beach and neighborhood restaurants and shopping is awesome. The house is fully stocked with comfortable beach chairs, a wagon, football, frisbee and beach towels. Garage is tandem for 2 smaller cars.

This beautiful rental is in such a great location. Restaurants are walking distance an food was amazing. We saw dolphin jumping by sanding on the beach. We highly recommend this VRBO rental !!! We will definitely come back ❤️

Thanksgiving sun and fun!

We had a great trip to Clearwater Beach. The house had plenty of space and the pictures and descriptions were spot on. What beautiful views from the rooftop and a bonus to have the hot tub. The proximity to the beach was just two short blocks and there were plenty of chairs and towels suppled by the owners. All questions were promptly answered and we had a wonderful time and would definitely rebook for our next visit!!

Our stay was wonderful! The beach house was clean and had everything you need for the beach. The location was amazing, it was a short walk to the beach and to restaurants. The view from the roof top was my favorite part. I could have sat up there all day and night. It was beautiful. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

Definitely lived up to all of our expectations!

Our family, consisting of two older adults, four middle-aged adults, two teenagers, and two eleven year olds spent a glorious week at this condo just two blocks from the best part of Clearwater Beach. We were close to all restaurants. The host was more than available, helping us with an issue we had upon arrival. I would have given him five stars on everything except for “accuracy of the listing“ due to no bicycles available as stated in the listing.
