Downtown Dunedin Walking District

Located in the heart of Downtown Dunedin. The best of everything! New construction offers convenience, quality and security for a wonderful experience. Full-sized gourmet kitchen with granite counters, and stainless appliances, spa-like large bathrooms, full-size washer and dryer and top of the line furnishings will ensure a visit that will make return visits something you will want to do regularly. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and double vanities. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. The living room and both bedrooms have new televisions and Direct TV, Netflix and Prime. High-speed internet access is included and the unit has individually controlled central heat and air conditioning as well as ceiling fans throughout. This condo is located on the second floor of a mixed use commercial building and has two retail shops downstairs. We love the shops and think you will enjoy them, too. One is a ladies' clothing store and the other features unique home decor. Walk this quaint community filled with the best restaurants, local breweries and bars, and enjoy live entertainment. Visit the marina, walk or bike the Pinellas Trail, enjoy Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands Beach, shop the locally owned retail businesses and galleries and see why Dunedin is consistently touted as one of the best walking communities, places to retire, and cities in Florida. There is no better place to experience Dunedin for a quick getaway, snowbird retreat or as a festival destination. Adorable Apartment

The owner was very nice to work with as we had some unfortunate circumstances to deal with. The apartment was very nice, tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at this property immensely. The property is just as listed. The hosts were easily accessible. The location in Downtown Dunedin was just what we needed for our Blue Jays getaway. Great food options in the neighborhood.

Dunedin Weekend

The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need for a short or long getaway. You can park your car and walk to everything down Main Street. Lots of boutiques for shopping and lots of different restaurants to choose from. Close to Honeymoon Island and a short drive to Tarpon Springs.

Second floor unit was perfect for two middle couples. Elevator and reserved parking spaces were a bonus. Location, security and furnishings were ideal. Landlord was very responsive to our needs. We will certainly return when in the area.

Very Very Clean

This is one of the cleanest places we have stayed. From the apartment to the elevator. The owners were very friendly and responsive. The location is great. You are almost in downtown Dunedin. You can walk anywhere. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls weekend

Luxury in Downtown Dunedin

We had a delightful stay. Everything you would find at home was here, kitchen supplies, paper towels, toilet tissues, tissues, towels, beach towels, laundry detergent, etc. The beds were comfortable, the pillows. The bathrooms were luxurious, the living room comfy. It is clean, clean, clean. The owners are very gracious. We could walk downstairs to eat at numerous restaurants, stroll the shops, have a drink. The local beaches are lovely, Honeymoon Island, our favorite, Clearwater Beach.

Beautiful apartment. Take elevator to second floor of a building built like a fortress. Outside noises stay outside. Great central location with shops and restaurants within a few steps. Well appointed living room, kitchen, spacious bedrooms, each with private bath. Great hosts interested in the comfort of their guests.

Excellent location in downtown Dunedin, FL Apt was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Amazing master suite and 2nd BR. Fully equipped kitchen with large granite island.
