  • Direct Gulf Front corner unit with wrap around balcony, provides you with a perfect bird's eye view of the water and wide sandy beach. This 3 bedroom unit comfortably sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a King size bed and views of the gulf with its own sliding glass door to the balcony and Roku smart TV. There is also an en-suite bathroom all updated and a convenient step-in shower. The living room has leather sofas and large 4K Roku Smart TV for relaxing with sliding doors to the balcony and an additional window looking South. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on your private balcony suited for outdoor dining and sunbathing. The 2nd bedroom features 2 Queen-size beds and Roku smart TV. The 3rd bedroom has a twin trundle set and Smart Roku TV. Laundry is a breeze with a washer and dryer right in the unit hidden tastefully in a closet space. The upgraded kitchen and large dining table have everything you need to make great family meals. Free long distance to US and Canada and secure Wi-Fi in the condo. The property has both a heated swimming pool and hot tub along with lush tropical landscaping. This unit has an assigned Undercover Parking space.

    Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

    Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

    Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

    Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
