Mini Private-Entry Tranquil Room

  • Vintage 1950's home 12 min from Cleawater Beach (strait shot). Sleeps 1-2 people. Skyline Chili (only 2 in FL, and between OH & FL) a 2 min walk away, along with Publix, Aldi, and countless stores a 5min walk away. Roku TV, parking for 4-6 cars & huge backyard. Colorful vintage theme, updated in 2026; VRBO host for over 10 years. Tampa and St. Pete (ie. Mahaffey Theatre & Janis Live) take about 30-40 min, the Baycare Sound (downtown CLW's ampitheatre) and Capital Theatre minutes away, Dunedin's a 15min drive away,

    NOTE: In vide of home, the last room shown in video is this Carport Room mentioned in option 3 above. On this property is also a listing for the main part of house, which hosts 1 to 5 guests; their part of home, if they're even renting at same time, isn't accessible to yours and visa versa. Shared driveway / parking. You get the washer/dryer, because it's in your room :-)

    Big outside carport table area, and huge backyard. No kitchen, but has microwave, air filter, refridgerator, shower and toilet in same room, desk, sink, drawers etc. See video (see LAST room in video).
