Pelican Pointe 114:Walk to Beach~Pool~Free Parking

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pool Closed & Construction February 19th - March 1st, 2024. Between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, there will be excessive construction noise, including jack hammering, as well as the presence of dust. Pool will remain closed and re-open on March 2, 2024.

Enjoy the beach life at Pelican Pointe Hotel and Condo. Cozy accommodations with free parking and a heated pool, just a short walk across the street from beautiful Clearwater Beach. Unit #114 is located on the first level, offering a prime location right by the pool. It enjoys the convenience of having a shared patio walkway, which includes personal seating for two.

Clearwater Beach - White sand, crystal clear waters, and endless sunshine. A paradise for beach lovers. Pelican Pointe is centrally located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, right across the street from one of the top-rated beaches in America. It is conveniently positioned within a short walking distance from various restaurants, exciting nightlife options, and an array of enjoyable activities that makes Clearwater Beach an incredible destination.
Please Note: There is ongoing construction on the property just north of our hotel. This does not affect our property, grounds or amenities although you may experience construction noise and dust during your stay.

Accommodations:
Our standard unit is a people watchers paradise and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It offers a captivating view of the pool and all the exciting activity happening there. The room itself features a queen side bed, providing a cozy sleeping arrangement. With 365 square feet of living space, you'll have ample room to relax and unwind. The private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette, dining area, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon, providing extra sleeping space if needed. Outside, there is a shared area with seating available for two, where you can enjoy the surroundings. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax!

We really loved our stay. The beds were comfy, the pool was so close as well as the front office. The pool area was very nice and we spent a lot of time there. It felt like we were staying at someone’s home, had a very cozy feel instead of a giant resort. The beach is so close, Parlour donuts, and mini golf to name a few of our favorite places. We had a great experience and loved the area!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and close to the beach and activities. We requested that our room be cleaned everyday but it wasn't on the second day. We asked the person at the front desk to remind housekeeping to clean everday and they cleaned wvwr day after that.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s clean and the location is perfect for walking to the beach and other places. We used the free rides to go to Publix and never needed car rental. This unit had 4 beach chairs and umbrella which was super nice! The pool was nicely kept and warm enough. There is enough space for two kids on the futon couch. We could definitely return.

The setting is great. Very convenient to everything. I like be able to come and go with your automobile and not waiting for it to be brought to you like some larger hotels. Overall we had a nice stay at this property. The room was a little small for a family of 4- but got the job done. It was amazing that the pool was heated. Checking in though was less than ideal. When we arrived there was a sign on the lobby door that they were on a dinner break and would be back by 8:30. We had a long day of travel and arrived at 7:45 with tired and hungry kids (5 and 2) and had to sit in the parking lot for 45 minutes. If this is something that is routine, it should be mentioned in the email you get when booking the room. It just mentioned the times the lobby is open, and said nothing about how there would be times during the day it wouldn't be staffed for lunch breaks. It would have been nice to know if someone wasn't going to be around for an hour so we could plan accordingly.

It was great staying at Pelican Point. Nicole n Heidi were beyond fantastic! Ice cream shop two buildings to the left. Salty‘s just to the right. Holy crêpes right across the street to the left. Jolly trolley pick up right in front of Saltys. We went to celebrate my 60th birthday. My best friend and I. It rained every day. We did not put our swimming suits on once. But we put our water socks on and ponchos on and went to the beach and found some shells. You got to do what you Gotta do to have a good time and we did. And Nicole and Heidi were a part of making our time great. We did the Calypso queen dinner cruise and the Haunted jolly trolley. We were only there for almost 4 days. Our room at pelican point had a small wooden pelican named pokey. There was a note that pokey like to travel and for us to take him wherever we wanted and take pictures with him. We are all about having fun so we loved taking pokey with us. Thank you for a great stay!

Such a fun time!

We normally stay on the north end of the beach but booked this room last minute and it was great! Short walk to mini golf, stores and the beach. There’s lots of restaurants close by to choose from. Our room was right at the pool so that was perfect for our 6 year old that wanted to swim the whole time.

Beach Proximity is great

Property is right across the street from Clearwater Beach, you can get there in under 5 minutes. Pool is Heated which is great. Staff is accommodating. They have beach toys and pool toys to use which is great. Our unit even had beach chairs. Close to lots of restaurants & bars. Great location.
