Regatta Beach Club is the northernmost condominium high rise, putting you within reach of both the dynamic public beaches to the south and the wild, natural beaches to the north. Either direction you walk on the beach from Regatta Beach Club will give you a memorable beach experience.
HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the condo must also be one of the occupants.
3 Month '90 days' Minimum Rentals 'Whole months only'.
14 Days advance booking normally required for Association approval.
Lease application and Tenant Check to be completed along with payment of the $250 application fee after booking has been approved. You will be required to provide your SSN.
No Smoking. - Up to $500.00 charge for smoking in the unit.
No Parties.
No Trailers.
Check-in is after 4 PM
Check-out is before 10 AM
