Penthouse Gulf Front, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo gives you a bird's eye view of the Gulf of Mexico and the soft sugary sand beach of Indian Shores. The wide balcony has seating perfect for outdoor dining, watching for dolphins, listening to the surf and don't miss the nightly sunsets! The living room has a sliding glass door to the balcony and comfy seating with TV (cable) with DVD player and an open floor plan to the dining area. The kitchen is full size and fully equipped to provide you with the comforts of home, to include microwave and dishwasher. Have a memorable family meal or fun game night around the dining table with open pass-through to the kitchen. The master bedroom room is also Gulf front with a sliding glass door to the balcony. The master bedroom has a King size bed, ceiling fan, TV (cable) and ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a step-in shower. The second bedroom has two Queens beds, a ceiling fan, TV (cable) and the window looks across to the Intracoastal Waterway. The 3rd bedroom has a Double bed, ceiling fan, Smart TV and view across to the Intracoastal Waterway. The condo has a Washer/Dryer right in the unit for your convenience, no need to overpack. The condo aslo has FREE secure Wi-Fi and FREE long distance to US and Canada. The property offers a large Heated Pool and Hot Tub. There is a Community Room with a Ping Pong and Foosball table along with a lending library and reading area. The pool area bathrooms are located in the Community Room. There are both Gas and Charcoal Grills for your use.
