This is a beautiful home meticulously cleaned and furnished with all the amenities you need. It has a lovely backyard perfect for relaxing and grilling. Close to Phillies Spring Training ballpark. We will be back next year!

Our two little doggies had the best time out in the fenced in yard! It was so easy for them!The house was clean, warm and cozy! It had lots of space in which to relax, including the outdoor space. The steep driveway was the only negative aspect. Everything else was great. I would recommend this house!

Wonderful stay away from home

We loved our stay here. So close to the ballpark to see our Phillies Spring Training. We grilled at night and enjoyed the wonderful backyard where we relaxed every night. Melissa was a wonderful host and very communicative. The home was clean and truly felt like our home away from home. We will definitely stay here again next year!

My husband and Boxer Sammy had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! It was very comfortable, clean and fully equipped for everything you need to feel safe and right at home. Loved the backyard and location! The owners were very kind and flexible to our needs. We highly recommend to book this home. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect home!

This home was very clean, well supplied, and overall a perfect stay. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and my mom loved sitting outside with them. We loved the home and the location was perfect for us to visit Tampa and Clearwater. I would stay again. 10/10.

Quiet and comfortable vacation home

We stayed in Florida for our vacation to visit my sister. The home was very comfortable and clean, overall had a very cozy feel. Very nice place, felt like our home away from home. The linens were fantastic, beds very comfortable and clean. Super nice place, def will be back. And nice fenced yard for our furry friends to relax as well. House is spacious, room to relax and not be crowded. Very nice place, will stay again !!

Relaxing

We were actually there for a funeral that consisted of three days of gatherings. It was so nice to come back to a cozy home which is much more preferable than a hotel room. An added plus was it was dog friendly and our fur babies throughly enjoyed the home and backyard!! We even had the opportunity to bring my husband’s father back with us for an evening meal and card game it was such an enjoyable evening for him to break up the stress of adjusting to life after losing his wife.

Family Get Together

The property was warm and inviting. There was plenty of room for relaxation and conversation. The outdoor setting was enjoyable except for the fireworks on New Year's Eve. The only drawback was the driveway incline. This made it difficult for seniors to get in and out of their vehicles.

Comfortable and well furnished.

We stayed at this property for the last 3 weeks in March and found it to be very relaxing and pretty much as advertised. It's in a residential neighborhood and close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's not close to beaches but we found some great beaches within a 10 to 15 minute drive at Indian Rock, Sand Key and Dunedin. We were there during spring break and the beaches were busy. For relaxing outdoor, the front porch is OK, but the real gem is the back yard and patio. It's really very nice and private, and shaded by a large live oak. The house is really well stocked with everything you would need, especially the kitchen. We had one minor problem when the microwave stopped working but the property manager Melissa had it replaced with a new one the same day. The only minor annoyance we had was that we had to park our car under a large live oak tree that constantly dropped leaves, seeds, etc. that necessitated us going to a self spray car wash to wash the stuff off every other day. I don't know if this just happens in the spring or all year with live oaks. If we were coming back to the Clearwater-Largo area, we would definitely consider coming back to this property. We had a wonderful time there.

We enjoyed this wonderful home so much! It was exactly as advertised - in fact, better! Very clean, comfortable, and filled with amenities that made our visit so easy - from laundry supplies to bathroom amenities & thick towels, a well-stocked kitchen, to the clean ready-to-use, large, well-functioning grill with plenty of propane & so many more thoughtful extras. It was a hot, muggy week in FL but the HVAC worked well ceiling & other fans throughout the house kept inside temps very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood; we enjoyed the tranquil back yard seating areas and many long walks. Also very fast internet, easy to connect. Melissa was a joy to work with - very responsive and helpful - an experienced & top-notch host! We'd love to stay here again!

Melissa was an amazing host! She checked on us multiple times throughout our week stay. She was informative and responded quickly. The house was amazing. Extremely clean! Completely fully stocked with absolutely anything you could possibly need, right down to sandwich bags and paper plates. Things you don't realize you might want were there like it was our own home. In addition, she had tons of beach stuff! Kids beach toys, beach chairs, beach bags, coolers, frozen ice packs, everything! All in great usable condition which in my past experiences at other places wasn't always necessarily the case. Location was also a big bonus for us! Not far from Clearwater beach, 30 mins to downtown St. Pete, we even ventured an hour or so down to Siesta Key beach and St. Armand's Circle. Everything we wanted to explore was definitely within a short driving distance away! We truly felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you again for sharing your space with us!!

The host was great, and the house was lovely and well-appointed. We especially loved the backyard (except for the pesky Mockingbird, who sang all day long!!). The driveway is steep and narrow, but that’s a minor inconvenience. We definitely would stay here again!
