Super location to everything. Pelican Pointe resort is across the street from the powdery white sands of the Gulf of Mexico located in the heart of popular Clearwater beach. Just a few blocks from Pier 60 and walking distance to all local attractions, eateries and beach shops. Relax in this fully furnished studio located on the top 4th floor just 8 steps from the ELEVATOR. 1 queen bed and 1 full size futon sleeper with kitchenette, full size bathroom with linens provided and tropical city view from your window. 2 beach chairs included. Sleeps 2 people comfortably. 2 night minimum required. There is a laundry room on the first floor for your convenience. Swim at the beach or soak up the sun from the large outdoor heated pool deck. During your stay be sure to visit some of the many attractions Pinellas county has to offer such as Dunedins Honeymoon Island & Knology Park/Raymond James stadium for spring baseball training, Tampa Busch gardens adventure and water park (25 minute drive east), Tarpon Springs sponge docks (excellent Greek food 25 minutes north), Salvador Dali art museum in St. Petersburg and of course Disney World (90 minutes east). Local activities include free movies, entertainment & crafts at Pier 60, fishing charters, snorkeling & scuba trips, jet skiing, parasailing and don't forget to visit "Winter the dolphin" at Clearwater beach aquarium (loved by the kids) and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Pros - Walking distance to beach and restaurants, room was spotless, bed was very comfortable, on-premise parking space.Cons - No toaster oven as listed (was planning for morning bagels), no guest laundry as listed, 2 beach chairs for the entire complex so we "borrowed" for our 3 day stay, very noisy corridors even after 10pm with no one enforcing any quiet hours.

This is nice condo. It could use a few upgrades such as plug ins on both sides of the bed. The sliding bathroom door doesn’t fit properly with the raised floor. Air fresheners to help the musty smell. We were on the 4th floor which did not have a working elevator for four days. My husband struggled with the steps with bad knees. Glad we had no checked luggage to carry!

Our room was conveniently located close to Cleatwater Beach and Shepherd's Resort, where we attended a wedding. Cleanup was still occurring following the aftermath of the recent hurricanes. Our room was clean and orderly. The overall property of Pelican Pointe Resort was satisfactory. We stayed for 5 nights, and on several occasions, other guests were blaring music on the balconies, and it often smelled like weed. And whatever, to each their own, but at times it was overwhelming.

This hidden little gem is in great location with chairs and umbrella. I gave a cooler so that will be there also. The heated pool and restaurant next door everything so convent. Excellent communication with the owner. The only negative I have to say this is very temporary and just maybe warn other renters before.The condo is on the 4th floor and elevators are broke. It was okay for us I got my steps in but if I was in any other situation it could have ruined the stay. Other than that everything is perfect.

All that’s needed to stay in this little piece of heaven are your clothes. Everything you need for the beach is provided here. Nice pool with great hours. Quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to the Pier and many shops and restaurants. This is our 2nd year staying here and we are ready to book again for next year with her!
