Pelican Point resort includes 1 Free parking space and heated pool. Located across the street from the powdery white sands of the Gulf of Mexico located in the heart of popular Clearwater beach and just a 10minute walk to Pier 60 for evening entertainment and marina. Relax in this fully furnished studio located on the top 4th floor just 8 steps from the ELEVATOR. 1 queen bed and 1 futon sofa plus kitchenette, full bathroom, linens provided and tropical city view from your window. 2 beach chairs included. Sleeps 2 people comfortably. 2 night minimum required. There is also a laundry room on the first floor for your convenience. Swim at the beach or soak up the sun from the large outdoor pool deck. During your stay be sure to visit some of the many attractions Pinellas county has to offer such as Dunedins Caladesi Island & Knology Park/Raymond James stadium for spring baseball training, Tampa Busch gardens adventure and water park (30minute drive east), Tarpon Springs sponge docks (excellent Greek food 35minutes north), Salvador Dali art museum in St. Petersburg. Local activities include free movies, entertainment & crafts at Pier 60, fishing charters, snorkeling & scuba trips, jet skiing, parasailing and don't forget to visit "Winter the dolphin" at Clearwater beach aquarium (loved by the kids) and plenty of restaurants and shopping. No car needed here for local activities. Just a 30 minute drive from Tampa International airport. Clearwater Marina offers a Pirate Cruise, Calypso Queen or Star Lite Dinner Cruise, Little Toot Dolphin Adventure, Deep Sea Fishing, Sea Life Safari, and Boat Rentals. We had no idsues the entire 8 days we stayed! Great restaurants, bars & entertainment were brief walks in both directions on the S Gulfvirw Dr side of the hotel.

Basic and clean accommodations within walking distance to beach and restaurants.

Pros - Walking distance to beach and restaurants, room was spotless, bed was very comfortable, on-premise parking space.Cons - No toaster oven as listed (was planning for morning bagels), no guest laundry as listed, 2 beach chairs for the entire complex so we "borrowed" for our 3 day stay, very noisy corridors even after 10pm with no one enforcing any quiet hours.

Great location

Close to the beach, clean, and perfect size for two people. There were even beach chairs and a beach umbrella for us to use at the beach. We had a great stay here and would recommend this property.

Great location, its about a 10 minute walk to the public beach, but i paid the guy working the private beach directly across from the hotal 20, and got a chair and beach access.

Spectacular Location

Great location and excellent price!

All that’s needed to stay in this little piece of heaven are your clothes. Everything you need for the beach is provided here. Nice pool with great hours. Quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to the Pier and many shops and restaurants. This is our 2nd year staying here and we are ready to book again for next year with her!

Perfect Spot

This is our second time staying at Pelican Pointe. The location is perfect for walking to the public beach and to area restaurants and stores. We loved this unit. It is spacious and clean, with a comfortable futon. We will definitely be staying again.

Pelican Pointe

Our room was conveniently located close to Cleatwater Beach and Shepherd's Resort, where we attended a wedding. Cleanup was still occurring following the aftermath of the recent hurricanes. Our room was clean and orderly. The overall property of Pelican Pointe Resort was satisfactory. We stayed for 5 nights, and on several occasions, other guests were blaring music on the balconies, and it often smelled like weed. And whatever, to each their own, but at times it was overwhelming.

Great Location super cute condo

This hidden little gem is in great location with chairs and umbrella. I gave a cooler so that will be there also. The heated pool and restaurant next door everything so convent. Excellent communication with the owner. The only negative I have to say this is very temporary and just maybe warn other renters before.The condo is on the 4th floor and elevators are broke. It was okay for us I got my steps in but if I was in any other situation it could have ruined the stay. Other than that everything is perfect.

Property was nice, clean, and close to everything. By the pictures we thought we were on the second floor, but actually on the 4th. Wasn’t really a problem.

Great Location

It’s the perfect size for two adults. Small living room separated by a half wall to the bed. Bathroom is also a nice size. The only thing if you are going for more than a couple of weeks a stove would be required and a bigger fridge. The toaster oven was a big help. The beach is literally across the street and walkable to restaurants for a night out. Pool area is also very clean and well taken care of. Felt very safe in this area. Pier 60 is just a short walk. All in all a great vacation spot.

Quaint nice place!

This was a very nice quaint condo. Location was great, condo was very clean. This is all we really needed. The only thing I would suggest is to have some sort of foil sheets for toaster oven in order to use and some sort of coffee, creamer and sugar packets. There are coffee filters but we had to go to grocery store right away in order to have coffee in the morning. Other than that it was a great place and would recommend it to others. It was the perfect spot, close to everything within walking distance and the pool was a great addition.

This condo was great priced for our 4 nights. It was wonderful, very clean and quiet in a smaller complex which I loved. The bed were very comfortable & the unit had everything we needed. Plenty of thick & soft bath towels and linens.Owner leaves beach/pool towels, beach chairs & beach umbrellas for your use. That was very much appreciated!! The office staff & maintenace were all very friendly as well. The office had coffee everyday and the halls & grounds were very clean. There is an elevator & ice machine. Carole the condo owner, was always quick to respond with any questions I had before & during our stay. Thank you Carole for everything! We had a great time in Clearwater & you were a very important part of that.
