The house was located in a lovely neighborhood. We even got to meet one of the neighbors who gave us recommendations on places to visit and eat, which were great! The house was beautiful, but two of the bedrooms lacked any sort of blinds which made using them for sleeping hard, especially with little kids we didn’t want up as soon as the sun was up.The heated pool was wonderful and the kids (and adults) enjoyed it very much. It was a little disappointing that there was scattered garbage around the yard, but we didn’t spend anytime off the patio other than to retrieve something if it went outside the pool. The house was located about a 20-25 minute drive to the beach, but it was nice to be outside the hustle and bustle of the beach area.

9 out of 10. The house was great overall. The PMI hosts were very responsive and communicated well. The house is big. plenty of living and sleeping space for large family. The back yard area has great privacy and the pool is nice sized. The heated pool was great since we did have a few rain showers that cooled the water, it got back to comfort level quickly! The kitchen is well stocked as well as basic toiletries. The house was very clean and the neighborhood felt very safe, calm, and quiet. The location is very central - easy drive over to beach or to downtown. We live in FL about 4 hours away and this was a nice, easy getaway stay for a long weekend. We definitely would stay again!!!
