Far from the chaos, yet close enough to walk there. We are close to the attractions but mellow & relaxing at night. No need to leave the island, most things within walking distance. Also have bicycle rental services, fishing, swimming, mini golf, shopping, restaurants, boating, jet skis, parasailing, Clearwater Aquarium (Winter & Hope’s home) & indoor surfing on FLOWRIDER inside nearby SurfStyle store. Check out Sunset Cinema/Pier 60's outdoor movies on the beach!

Pets Not Allowed due to severe allergies of owner. You'll lose your security deposit, be charged an extra $150 for cleaning; will be asked to leave.
Smoking is only allowed 20-ft from building. Smoking areas posted on property. Minimum fine of $100 for smoking inside the condo or on the balcony.
Unless arrangements were made, there will be a late checkout fee of $50 that begins at 10:05am, another $50 at 10:35am. Every 30 minutes is $50.
