Welcome to this charming condo in Clearwater Beach. This marvelous property features 2 bedrooms with a California King and Queen bed, 2 bathrooms with bath/shower, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. This 2br / 2bth condo with floor to ceiling windows has south facing views and sunshine all day. Fully furnished with renovated bathrooms and white tile flooring throughout. Dolphin Cove offers great amenities like a large waterfront heated pool, fishing dock, a barbecue grilling area, and Tiki tables to sit and enjoy the Gulf breezes. Convenient access to the local shopping center which includes a newly renovated Publix supermarket, banking, package shipping, and more. The Clearwater Marine Aquarium is located right on the island, and the popular Island Way Grill is just steps away. Pier 60, and the heart of Clearwater Beach is less than 1 mile west with trolley service a few steps away. Pier 60 is home to the famous white sands of Clearwater Beach, wonderful local restaurants, local bars and grills, and shopping. There's also the marina area, where you can do sunset cruises, dolphin watching, and fun family outings. Downtown Clearwater is just a little over 2 miles East via the Clearwater Memorial Causeway.
