o 1 Roll of Paper Towels
o 2 Bottles of Dishwashing Soap
o 4 Garbage Bags
o 1 Roll Toilet Paper (Each Bathroom)
o 1 Bar of Soap (Each Bathroom)
o You will need to purchase additional supplies as needed. Only purchase laundry and dishwasher detergents with the brands we have initially supplied. “HE” laundry detergent is MANDATROY.

* Compliance and acceptance of our rental policy is mandatory. You will be sent Page 1 of our Rental Agreement for completion. Look for "Beach Cottage 2304" in the subject line. Be sure to check your spam folder.

* NOTE OUR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY PER OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT ARE FIRM.

PARKING FOR RENTAL: Parking passes are mandatory. One (1) undercover parking space is allowed in the parking garage. There is visitor parking in the front of the building as space is available. MOTOR HOMES or CAMPERS are not allowed on the Property for more than 24 Hours. Permanent Parking Available Offsite. A fee for this space may be applicable. MOTORCYCLES are allowed onsite and are to be parked in the visitor parking area.
