Designed with a desirable split floor plan, the home features a private primary suite with its own entrance, while the open living, dining, and kitchen layout flows effortlessly onto the Gulf front balcony. Enjoy panoramic views from sunrise to sunset and the sound of the waves just steps away.

    Residents enjoy a warm and welcoming community with exceptional amenities including a newly remodeled pool and pool deck. Other amenities are currently being remodeled due to the hurricane. The gated community offers 24 hour security for added peace of mind.

    Located just steps from the soft sugar sands of Clearwater Beach and close to top restaurants, bars, shopping, water sports, boat rides, deep sea fishing, and the famous Pier 60 Sunset Festival.

    Available for short term rental with a minimum 30 day lease. A three month minimum is preferred during peak season. No pets permitted. Rental rates are currently reduced to $4,500 due to the remodeling per month. Additional fees apply for stays of six months or less including occupancy tax, application fee, cleaning fee, and accidental damage insurance.
