This condominium is located at Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina, 6720 Estate Smith Bay, Building E, which has the best views overlooking St. John and the British Virgin Islands and direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. What is most amazing about this luxury condo is the spectacular sunrises you will experience from the living room, the deck AND your bedroom! This luxurious unit is on the ground floor of E building and is a CORNER unit, which means you have a brighter unit with a larger deck system. One step off your patio deck and you are standing in the softest white sand. Take 12 more steps and you are feeling the warm waters of the Caribbean. It is a short walk to the Sapphire Beach Bar and the Beach Buzz coffee shop. We are less than a mile from Red Hook, which gives you access to island ferries, a pharmacy, grocery stores and many many restaurants and nightlife.

It is best suited for two guests, however, our unit can sleep four comfortably. We have both a brand new King Size mattress bed and a new queen size mattress sofa bed. Our approx 800 square feet suite includes the bedroom area which has a brand new flat screen TV, desk area and king size bed. The condo has a living area with cable, DVD player and new SONY Smart Flat Screen TV. NETFLIX is included--FREE of charge. There is a newly renovated kitchen, brand new appliances with all the amenities of a luxury kitchen. Our kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, which include a microwave/convection oven and glass cook-top. We have all the kitchen appliances you'll need: blender for your drinks, toaster, coffee maker, teapot for tea drinkers and a George Foreman grill. Just walk over to the Marina and pick out fresh fish caught that day to grill! Mahimahi, grouper, lobster, just to name a few! Some of the extras we have are coffee/filters, tea bags, foil and saran wraps, paper towels, soap and shampoos. The bathroom has a brand new shower, a double sink and toilet. The views from the bathroom are even spectacular with gorgeous views of all the yachts in the Marina. I'll mention the patio deck again, because you will find yourself spending most of your early morning and late evening hours there! It looks out on beautiful St. John. You can listen to the mesmerizing waves as you relax and have a drink (or two) while enjoying our little piece of paradise.

There is so much to do during your stay in paradise....you can snorkel right outside your unit, you can use kayaks, sunfish sailing, wave runners, paddle boarding, and so much more! We have a volleyball court, free lounge chairs for owners and their guests, shady areas under the sea grape trees and amazing snorkeling! There is a watercraft rental facility at the other end of the beach. The beaches at Sapphire offer lots of natural wildlife, colorful tropical fish, as well as sea turtles, spotted eagle rays, squid, octopus and eel. We have egrets, pelicans, blue herons-just to name a few.
If you don't want to be on the beach, you can walk over to our dual-level pool and soak in the sunshine while overlooking St John and the British Virgin Islands in the background.



Renting a car is easy, but remember we drive on the OTHER side of the road! Many rental car agencies, Hertz, Dollar, Budget, Discount Car Rental; all available to rent a car. There is a "cheap car rental" right on the premises should you decide to rent a car for a day or two. Free parking is always available at Sapphire. There is 24 hour security and taxi cabs are readily available in the pink hut at the complex outside of A building.

Did I mention shopping? St Thomas is known as the shopping capital of the Caribbean offering Duty Free shopping in Charlotte Amalie. Jewelry, Antiques, Clothing and Gifts are just a few of the many shops you will find. Plan on spending part of your shopping day at the local market-you will not be disappointed.

There are three restaurants within walking distance of the condo. Sudi's Caribbean Bar and Grill is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That is located behind the marina and up the hill. You have the Sapphire Beach Bar that serves lunch and the greatest island drinks. The Beach Buzz coffee shop has breakfast items and frozen yogurt.
