"Staff was really helpful. By waiving daily room cleaning, we got free drinks once a day. They also helped us get a taxi to the train station for the morning we left. Because we were staying several nights, the staff put us in a room facing the inner court of the hotel which made it really quiet. The breakfast included was excellent and realizing the cost of meals to eat out, this was very helpful. City taxes were added on to the hotel bill and seemed a bit high, but we were warned by Expedia. Hair dryer in room has a short cord, so difficult to stand at sink and dry hair, but not impossible. Nice large shower. No fridge in room, but we didn't really need one. Overall cost for the room we felt was a bit high, but it was prime time tulip viewing season, so maybe cheaper during other parts of the year. For security reasons you have to scan your room card to get the elevator to work. Took us a while to figure that one out. Maybe we were told, but we missed hearing it. Location was about 3 blocks from train station and about one block from tram pickup point. It is also located right near a park area with lots of cafe restaurants nearby. Would gladly book here again if we make another trip to the Netherlands."

"Excellent property, well appointed and nice location. All was great EXCEPT our room had windows that would not open for ventilation and the Fred Flintstone bed and pillows did as you would expect, rock hard. Our staff person, Hossaam went above and beyond to help us. We were relocated to another room but the bed was still incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Hossaam arranged for a second “pillow topper “ bu try it did little to ease the discomfort of the hard bed. Imagine a foundation with a pillow topper. There you go. Very disappointing because everything and everyone one else no matter who we spoke to at whatever time of the day, was very friendly and helpful. We are unlikely to stay at one of these properties again unless we can be assured the bed issue is resolved. Other than that, great!"

"The Cove is in the perfect location to explore The Hague. The room is very comfortable with everything you need to enjoy a long-stay. It’s especially nice to have real furniture, including a very comfortable sofa to relax on. Kitchen is well-equipped. Lobby space is great for remote work and meetings. Shopping, groceries across the street. Everything is in walking distance or a quick tram ride away. "

"Very clean, everything felt newly refurbished to a very good standard, spacious, very nice people, fantastic location in the centre of everything but very quiet. You have everything you need, microwave, full size ( very cool!) fridge, plenty of plugs, hair drier, but none of the unnecessary clutter hotels sometimes give. The station is 15 minute level walk, supermarket opposite and another 2 down the road, and all of the key sights 5 to ten minute walk, then if you want to go further afield ( which is easy!) Central tram stop is 3 minutes walk This is an ideal place to stay in The Hague, and The Hague is an ideal location to explore this part of The Netherlands. Don't miss Delft (a few mins on no 1 tram) Leiden, Haarlem. Rotterdam is very easy also Amsterdam an Utrect( drop in on Gouda on the way!)"

"Super charming hotel right in the middle historic central Den Haag. Easy access and walking to variety of restaurants and cafes. Public transit options to get to train station within a short block or two. Highly recommend!"

"Water temperature at the shower was not steady. It was very nosy at night because you hear the peoples voice in the hallway and trains because of the station nearby. "
