"The staff at reception were lovely, my room was very cute as I stayed in a single, it had everything I needed. Everything seemed spotless until I lifted the toilet seat and there was a pubic hair there. There were also only two tiny cartons of UHT milk. There was a beeping noise all night coming ..."

"Great location and staff are super friendly and helpful. Hotel is great value for money - only comment I would make was the lack of a TV and a table of some kind - obviously down to the size of the room. Otherwise perfect for a weekend break in London."
