"House is in a great location.. beautiful home. Beds need a mattress topper. Needs a little carpet cleaning especially since a $50,00 cleaning fee is applied. Upstairs bathroom shower didn’t operate correctly. Was kinda hard for my 84 yr old mother.Washer is a dryer also but there was no instructions on how effective the dryer part worked. Trash cans were pretty full after we left. Overall it was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed Stamford, great town, loved how it was dog friendly & people were friendly too"

"Stayed August Bank Holiday, Plenty of room for 2 adults and dog. Perfect location, 10 minute walk to the centre of Stamford and all it has to offer. Lovely space, really comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and nice outside courtyard. Secure parking. Highly recommended. Friendly, easy and helpful communication to make check in easy. Thank you!!"

"What an amazing hotel! We were running late due to traffic. They held a table open for us even though the restaurant was closing! We were checked in before we arrived and the key handed to us at the dining table! Evening meal and breakfast were both delicious."

"Accurately described. Nice with everything ready to use, like some capsules for the washing machine and the dishwasher. Instructions for use available (I always need them).Intriguing apartment - gave me a combined sense of something very old, yet luxurious.Very nice views, especially the from the kitchen - made me forget what I'd meant to do and daydream instead.Nice location, would be perfect if not for the sound of traffic during the day - at night quiet enough."

"We found the property very well appointed except for crockery where we were disappointed that there were no cereal/dessert china bowls or side and dinner plates. With just four plastic dinner plates and three large fruit bowls this was inadequate and our son provided the missing items when he and his family arrived on Saturday.Also when we arrived we were surprised to note that the washing machine was full of what appeared to be white linen bedding and the machine flashing to note the end of the wash cycle. We switched off the machine which then locked. However, we did not need to use the washing machine.Finally, we had a second door key cut as for some of the time our son's family stayed with us they needed to return to the property at a different time to us. We left the second key attached to the key ring placed in the secure locked key compartment.Overall we would be happy to recommend the property as a good and well appointed holiday home in a very convenient location in StamfordGill & Michael Webb"
