"We had an excellent stay. Stayed as a family with 7 and 5 year old visiting family. Room basic, but everything we needed, facilities on site are good and free parking too. My kids made good use of the pool. Good choices for everyone at breakfast. We have stayed before and will do again. "

"We were staying for a wedding, across the road at the Albert Hall, so perfect location. The staff were incredibly friendly & warm at check-in, allowing us to check-in slightly early. Greatly appreciated after a long journey. The room is a good size with very high ceilings. Very well sound proofed. Didn’t have time to use the spa/pool sadly, but friends staying told us they had to book & availability wasn’t great. Wouldn’t expect to have to book, but could have been the time of year. Don’t use the hotel bar, but it was always fairly busy. Always very relaxed though & a lovely ambience. Would definitely stay again. "

"Second time I have stayed in this hotel. It’s situated next door to Liverpool Lime Street station, roughly a two minute walk, and Liverpool One is a five minute walk away. The staff on the reception couldn’t be any more helpful. The rooms are spotless. We will definitely be staying here again. "
