Hotel is dated and had an awful smell. Definitely not 4 star! We were in a room on the third floor disturbed all night with a party in the hotel hall!!

The room was clean and the staff at reception were lovely, the security at the doors on a night make you feel safe.
My only three issues were how rundown the on campus parking was the floor was cracking in on itself and the second issue is that we never got a do not disturb sign, third issue is when we approached our room a cleaner was in it and so we said this is our room sorry we never received a dnd sign and she just let us in so that made us feel uneasy as anyone could have said that was their room and they’d been let in.

"The room itself was fine for a 1 night stay in a convenient location. The hotel, despite being really old and historic, really needs a major overhaul.
