"Host (management service) was very available and helpful. Unfortunately the pool construction was delayed (not their fault) but hosts were quick to reach out with a partial refund. Place was clean and just as described. Note this part of the island is much quieter then Georgetown, however the drive is about an hour from airport and Seven Mile beach so you will definitely need a car"

"Amazing location, just perfect! Exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect, we never had to use the pool (but I did look and it was nice). The cove was protected from the crazy winds happening this week, but had enough to keep it cool. The host had everything you need - bikes, kayaks, beach towels, even sunscreen! We did need to get some soap, but otherwise just perfect. We had an amazing week. We love the quieter north side and will 100% stay here again! "

"Our Stay at Sandy Bottom was amazing. The home is lovely and pretty much anything you needed was provided. The check-in and check-out procedures were simple and seamless. The pool on property was our like having a private pool as we didn’t see anyone else using it during our stay. Setup is great for families with young kids like ours, you can relax while the kids play on the beach or take them to the pool. Starfish point is a short walk, car ride or kayak trip away and the kids saw over 50 starfish while there. Overall great villa, highly recommend. "

"Great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right on the water. The patio views were beautiful, and the beach area was quiet and relaxing. So nice having a paddle board and kayak to use at the condo to view all the sea life. Close to Rum Point and local spots. Would definitely stay again!"

One teeny tiny nitpick for the owner (and this is just a small suggestion--they could use some hooks outside to hang up wet beachwear and towels to dry). Other than that, it was perfect and we had a great experience. "

"We loved the condo. Location was great! It was just my husband, myself and our 4 month old so plenty of room if you wanted additional guests. Kaibo yacht club restaurant next door was wonderful and convenient. This is as beachfront as beachfront can get! "
