Hotel Leon D´Oro

8/10 Good

"Decent hotel in the old town. Clean and well kept."

Unitas Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"A very clean, well maintained hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great location too, close to everything but not noisy. Even the potted plants inside the hotel were dust free and well kept! The breakfast room is a little out of the way but breakfast quality was good. This hotel pays attention to thoughtful detail - very pleasant stay. Recommend and would revisit."

Hotel U Prince Prague by BHG

10/10 Excellent

"Great location for what we needed. View from rooftop was fantastic, and bar downstairs was interesting. The staff was helpful and even got a driver to take us to the airport. Didn't like the tub/shower combo because water would splash out so be careful getting out of the tub."

Fairmont Golden Prague

8/10 Good

"We stayed at the hotel for 2-nights during the weekend. I want to commend the helpful stuff at the entrance, who are always available and very helpful. The hotel is located in an excellent place, right beside the river and the old town. Very clean, the atmosphere is relaxing. We have several comments that can be improved: 1. We had a clogged sink in our hotel room. We told it to the Concierge at the lobby and wend for several hours for dinner outside the hotel. When we returned, I asked the Concierge is our sink was fixed. His reply astounded us: "I forgot", that was his reply. We were tired and a bit angry. We could not return to our room since we could not brush our teeth with a clogged sink. We had to wait in the lobby for an hour while they tried t fix the sink. They apologized and gave us free drinks. ok. An hour past, no one told us anything so I went upstairs to our room to check - it was fixed and cleaned. ok, nice, but if I hadn't checked it myself, we would have sat there at the lobby the entire night. This is NOT a 5-stars hotel service level, more like a 3-stars, at best. 2. Another concern: The breakfast buffet is terrible. It is a mess, and not in a good way. It is too crowded, handled poorly, long lines just to get an omelet. There is a nice menu on each table where you can order special dishes, but it takes a long time to get it and sometimes you don't receive the order at all, or they mixed it up. I do want to recommend their spa and pool which are superb."
