"Hotel was horrible I will never stay here again ! My door was easy to open with out a key and they would not do anything about it wanted to offer me 8,000 in points .. the front desk lady was very rude and ignorant when I told her and said nothing could be done .. the elevator was out of order the whole weekend and I had my three kids with me .. housekeeping never came and towels was not available "

"We stayed from Thursday to Sunday and housekeeping didn’t even come in take the trash out or refresh our towels. The hotel was dirty and smelled. Will not be staying there again. "

"The hotel was surprisingly lovely. The aroma and the hallway in lobby is pleasant. The staff was pleasant. The room was nice and clean and the only reason why I couldn’t give all five stars is because of the sound. You can hear folks in the hallway and in the room next-door. The door does not touch the floor, and there is a small gap from the door to the hallway."

"Television did not work at all. Someone else was given the same room as I had and walked in on my wife changing. It was a mad house in that hotel. We didn’t even stay we checked out around 9:00pm. Poorly ran front desk mad it seem like it wasn’t a big deal. Just said to us we all make mistakes that they are one person. Unacceptable. "

"Room clean, there’s always a tv issue idk why, some TV allow u to watch Netflix others don’t, some tvs work great others don’t, there isn’t a person on sundays to help with that idk why so be cautious if staying on the weekend just check if the tv is working , everything is great specially the staff is always lovely "

"There was issues with this booking as there was not adequate heating in the unit as the temperatures outside was 45 degrees and the booking unit had a locked thermostat that only read 55 degrees. I asked numerous times if the heat could be adjusted to accommodate and was not accommodate instead I was told that a refund would be issued immediately as the agent told me that the heat was broken and that my family could not stay this forcing us to scramble and try to find another place to stay. I have requested several updates regarding this refund that never took place. I would not recommend booking with this agent. Total inconvenience and now legal action will take place. "

"Yes, the house is old, as stated in the description. But it's not just old, it's falling apart! Not only is it old, it's infested with cockroaches! We opened the refrigerator, and tons of them came out. Everytime we lifted the toilet seat, they came crawling out."
