Room was fine, but very small. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom door wouldn't stay open, which is annoying when going in the middle of the night, as I did not want to turn on the bathroom light, but wanted to use the natural light from the room (a night light would have solved the problem). Breakfast was so-so. The milk was no-fat milk and the OJ was low-pulp; a little variety would have been better. The plastic forks and spoons were face-up in their containers, which is rather gross, as this means that people might have touched the very part of those utensils that went into my mouth.

Spotless room the night check in guy was super nice and friendly. AM checkout guy was not nice or friendly. Because their breakfast does not start until 7 a.m., I couldn’t have a full breakfast but the girl working downstairs, where their breakfast is served, went above and beyond and got me a croissant and a muffin. I thought that was awesome. Especially after dealing with the a.m. guy.

The guy that checked me in at the front desk was helpful. At 11 pm, I realizrd there was zero toilet paper in the bathroom. I called the front desk, asking that they bring some up. Not an unreasonable request. I was told that I'd have to come down and get it myself. Absolutely ridiculous. Also, the room STUNK like nasty cigarettes.

1. I arrived a little early and the girl at the front desk couldn’t bothered. She just kept saying “check in at 3.” 2. When I did eventually check him a very nice young man greeted me. He was extremely professional and kind. 3. The room was ok. There was red/pink nail polish stains all over the floor. 4. When I went to take a shower there were little hairs all over the shower wall like someone rinsed their razor and tapped the wall to clean it.

Fairly clean. The bed linens seemed clean, but the carpet was gross and there was hair ob the bathroom wall behind the towel bar and on the back wall of the shower. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Pillows were good. The while place needs a refresh.
