Room needs updating- Carpet was worn, furniture had a few scuff marks, bed was fine though but overall for a 3 star hotel it definitely needs some improvement. Food was fine, Parking was convenient.

It was convenient location and fair price. Room that we stayed in was a little bit outdated: TV did not properly work, fridge was missing some shelves , no microwave in the room, corking around bathtub was black and needed to be redone. Also, because we were staying there for a week, we liked the idea that they had washer and dryer machines on the premises, however it did not work that was a bummer. Our favorite part was the breakfast time, they had a variety of different types of food and it was good. Stuff was helpful and accommodating. Overall, it was good experience.

Check-in was seamless, the staff were great, and the breakfast area was clean with a decent selection. Unfortunately, a couple of issues affected the room 409 experience. The hallway air diffuser was turned up way too high; the cologne fragrance was so strong I had to cover my face walking through the halls. Inside the room, the entry tile was noticeably sticky, and the carpet smelled like dirty socks. The entryway needs a proper scrub and the carpets are overdue for a deep clean. Parking is free for vehicles. No hang tag required and the hotel was in a quiet area

Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. This is a great property. We didn’t make it to the breakfast area in the morning so I can’t comment on that but there was always cold water available which I appreciated.

Then room was ok but did not have the latest ports for charging devices like a current iPhone, iPad, or laptop. There was no microwave oven. The room was clean and the furniture was was maintained and newish. The Staff was exceptional including the folks who handled the breakfast buffet. Shout out to them! Friendly, helpful and just delightful folks. The price was right and all was okay.
