"I’m a disabled customer and this hotel was extremely helpful, courteous and made my stay less stressful. They were accommodating and the Italian restaurant in the hotel is amazing! Lauren was a phenomenal waitress! The staff was so great… until I checked out and the bell guy was not very helpful trying to help me find a taxi accessible for wheelchair to get to the airport. He just let me and my sister sit there stressed we were going to miss our flight and offered not a lot of help as we called everyone in town. Didn’t help with the door or luggage as we left. Other than that, everything is a walk away. The room was clean and comfortable. I’d stay here again."

"Random garbage in multiple places in room, loud hvac, I asked for late checkout and they laughed. Made the rooms smaller - used to be my favorite spot and I don’t think I’ll stay there again."
