Room & Service were disappointing
Beautiful garden outside, but the room & service were disappointing. Mould on 2 of the walls. No socket to charge phone, unplugged small TV to charge. No wifi in room, no wifi in public area. No kettle. No mini bar. Plastic cups in use. Phone to reception didn't work. After walking to reception to request towels, it took 45 min to arrive. Fragmented info at most, such as cut pieces of paper on breakfast tables showing excursion departing at 8:45pm but no return time or price. Waiters had no clue when asked. Display of set menu dinner for that day but no price. On showing us where the room was, staff walked fast & well ahead leaving us dragging our bags miles behind. Not a 4* hotel.

In addition to the lovely and spacious rooms, the very best addition to this place is the staff. They welcomed us with the best smile and they were very helpful during our stay. One minus about the property: Wi-Fi is quite poor, not ideal if you need to work during your stay. If not, their free shuttle to La Pelosa beach will help making your stay an unforgettable one.

The pictures are deceiving as they make you think you are by the ocean when you are not. Hotel was clean and quite with a shuttle service to la pelosa beach and the yacht club (the pool by the ocean you see the pictures of) and they have a convention with the YC to get beds for €15 a day which is not bad. The breakfast was disappointing. Very little options for an extra €15 a person which WERE NOT WORTH IT. Staff was friendly. Overall it was ok but will not return.

Tutto perfetto e sopratutto super pulito. Grande parcheggio esterno. Da rivede il servizio delle colazioni perché c’è solo un distributore di bevande calde e crea una gran coda. Basterebbe aggiungerne uno.

Good Place to discover the area as a family
The rooms a spacious enough for a family of four and have a nice little patio in front. There is a shuttle bus to the beach and the marina. The pool is nice, however, there is always music playing. The breakfast buffet is ver nice. As the name says it is a club hotel and has this atmosphere in all aspects, crowds at the buffet, entertainment at the pool.

Schnelles nettes Personal. Wir hatten ein schönes Superior Zimmer nähe Pool und es fuhr immerwieder ein Shuttel zum Strand. Guten Frühstück Buffet für jeden was dabei. Die tägliche Animation war richtig lässig. Die Chefin hat uns mit tollen Ausflügen ausreichlich informiert und vieles organisiert. In allem ein angenehemer Ort zum Ferien machen.

Super hôtel ! Très beau et agréable. Piscine agréable. Animations au programmes le soir mais pas communiqué c’est dommage, à part quand les animateurs vous accoste à table au dîner. Navette pour aller à La Pelosa c’est top. Dîner à volonté très copieux pour 35€/pers. Par contre pas d’insonorisation… nous y avons passé seulement 2 nuits. Personnel super agréable et serviable !

Excelentes recepcionistas
La única buena experiencia que nos llevamos es el trato de las recepcionistas. La llegada al hotel ha ido estupendamente porque nos hicieron el Check in Antes de las 15h y la personne a que nos atendió, hablaba un español perfecto y nos recibió con una gran sonrisa. Las instalaciones son correctas, en la habitación había olor a humedad. El jardín es muy agradable. El desayuno es lo peor, hay muchos camareros pero ninguna se toma la molestia de recibirte y darte una mesa. Si que se da prioridad a los grupos que estaban en el hotel y lo entendemos pero Marginar tanto a los que turistas que están de paso sólo para una noche, me parece un poco fuerte. Además el café era malísimo, todo lo que se servía en el desayuno era al borde de lo correcto. Hay mucha variedad pero la calidad no acompaña. Para acabar, la cala privada que tiene el hotel es microscópica, y te obligan a pagar una sombrilla con dos tumbonas para acceder ( con descuento para clientes del Hotel). Las playas al lado valen mucho más la pena.

We didn’t enjoy our stay at the hotel for a couple of reasons: there is nothing in the area/close to the hotel, no wi-fi in the room, staff not polite... This might be a good hotel for 50 with family. Can’t recommend to young people/couples.

Beetje gedateerd, redelijk onderhouden park. Ontbijt kan beter door goede koffie te zetten. Aan de receptie kan iets vriendelijker, waarschijnlijk eind van het seizoen. Jammer dat er foto's op Hotels.com getoond worden die niet met de werkelijkheid overeenkomen. Fijn wel dat er een shutlle bus op en af reed.

Piu' che un hotel potrebbe chiamarsi villaggio turistico, molto bello, immerso nel verde e a due passi dal mare,la spiaggia la Pelosa poco distante ma raggiungibile con le navette gratuite che partono ogni 10 minuti, colazione a buffet servita dal personale molto varia e abbondante, le camere abbastanza ampie con doccia che è un piacere, animazione mattutina in piscina (bellissima) e pomeridiana nel vicino yacht club Ancora, serale di nuovo a bordo piscina con spettacoli vivacissimi fatti dai ragazzi Carmelo, Giorgio, Claudia, Max, e Silvia bravissimi e molto simpatici.Una settimana di vacanza spettacolare.

O hotel é muito diferente do que vemos nas fotos! Primeiro que a foto que usam na piscina, nem sequer é do mesmo hotel. Reservamos a diária com café da manhã incluso e nos quiseram cobrar 15 euros por pessoa para o café da manhã, 60 euros para eu e meu marido nas duas diárias que tivemos, um absurdo, que já estava incluso no preço. O banheiro tinha um cheiro ruim, não parecia limpo. Não limparam nem arrumaram o quarto. Não compensa nem corresponde ao preço elevado que cobram.

Dear guest, we don't know where you have seen the pictures of the hotel, but all the photos that are online correspond to the reality of the structure. We are not responsible if you have seen the wrong one. For the breakfast you reserved an Economy (breakfast not included). We told it at the check-in and you told as that you check it if it was included and let the reception know if it was as we said. You have not contacted no one because you knew it was not. Regarding the cleaning of the room, you should have noticed the reception and we would have immediately send someone. Throughout your stay you didn't come to the reception even once to report these problems. It's easy to talk bad about something after walking away and through a screen. For the future: talk before and not after.
