"Location was close to the airport and close to the beach and an uber away from downtown. The beach was clean and beautiful. The resort does offer shuttles to downtown but we just couldn't coordinate timing. The resort pool, grounds and restaurant were excellent. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. There were no real closets, the surfboard with hooks in the bathroom fell off the wall when we put a towel on it and the toilet kept having problems flushing, had to open the top of the tank to manually flush. The room aircon was musty smelling and left the sheets and bedding feel moist. They changed out our aircon filters for us which helped a little. All that being said... I would stay again. We had an amazing time!"

"Great property! We had a junior suite and it was extremely spacious. The staff was very nice and the free shuttle to Duval St was a great perk. My only complaint was that nobody, but nobody told you to make a reservation for the free shuttle. I talked to multiple people at the front desk, concierge and on the phone… not one word about making a reservation. We saw countless people deal with that same situation. Kinda frustrating getting told you can’t get on the shuttle when you’ve been waiting for up to an hour. "

"The Perry Hotel was a great experience. Traveled with a friend and stayed in a Mangrove room. Rooms were clean and well cared for. Pool and outside area is clean too. Although outside of downtown, there is a free shuttle that takes you downtown. If you are planning a specific time to go into town, you should ask if the shuttle is typically busy or not. It is first come first serve. Restaurants are great for breakfast or lunch when you arrive. It was a great quiet place to stay with the benefit of being on the water and being able to walk around the docks. Some excursions go out from the marinas as well. "

"This is the cutest, hideaway only a few blocks walk from everything!! We rented bikes from them for 2 days (only $20 a bike)! The hot tubs are perfect for morning or night soaks, and they have 2, big pools! A cheap bar at check in is always a plus!! We will definitely be back!!"

"First time staying at Pier House. We really liked it. We felt that it was more chill than some of the other resorts we’ve stayed at. We stayed in the spa building which was quiet. Nice big room and bathroom. Food was really good at the beach bar. Had a lot of fun hanging out in The Chart Room every night. Didn’t get to take advantage of the pool or beach due to the weather. Looking forward to coming back again. Thanks for the early check in and late check out!!"
