No hot water in one room (neither sink nor shower) and only hot at sink in other room. Bathroom vent was shared with another, so we could hear them talking, peeing, etc. One of the rooms we reserved (on Expedia) was supposed to have a king bed, but they have none. The largest was an ‘oversized’ double, which was somewhat similar to a US queen bed. Hotel receptionist said breakfast opened at 6:45am, which we planned on and purchased in advance. When we went diwn for it in the morning, we were told it wasn’t open until 7:30…causing us problems for our schedule for the morning. At least they reimbursed us for the breakfast.

"Be warned, in the small print it now says the spa is not included with your room, in fsct it is chargeable every ay £10 per visit person, so for 2 people for 4 dsys it will cost an additional £80 and is closed at 8pm!
