"The view from the balcony was stunning without any obstructions. The walk to the beach, along the sandy path was easy. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, pans, skilletes, and utensils. There arecomplete instructions and labeling for all the fun stuff; arcade machines, steam room, hot tub, massage chair, etc. We enjoyed our stay."
"The place was accurately described in the listing, it is very small and cozy but easy access to the beach and we weren’t in the room much. It would have been nice for the comfy chair and massage chair to be swapped so there was a comfy place to sit while watching TV"

"Overall a good stay. The location is good, and communication with the host was great!The house is older, and some aspects are not great in terms of niceness and quality - the bedrooms are very small, some doors don't shut or latch fully, no horizontal surfaces in the bathroom for toiletries, etc - stuff that is difficult to see from listing photos. Also, parking is limited - it's street parking only, and on a somewhat steep hill. Definitely want to set the parking brake and cut the wheels toward the shoulder.However, none of this kept us from enjoying our stay and having a great family vacation."
"The location was perfect and the cottage had everything we needed as a family of 4. It does need a deep cleaning inside and out. The only bathroom is located in the main bedroom downstairs. This was not a problem for us. The host were very responsive. Overall we did enjoy our stay. "
"We had a great time at the property. We loved the close proximity to the beach. The smaller grandkids had a great time at the zoo which was in walking distance. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. I wish the weather had been cooler so we could have used the firepit. It was a nice feature. We were missing a remote for the basement tv.I was told they would overcome ius one but we never received it."
