  • Montague house is a fabulous ground floor apartment within walking distance of Shakespeare's birthplace the RSC and town centre, free on site gated parking for 1 car. Two double bedrooms one with en-suite plus a separate main bathroom with a bath. Spacious lounge area with dining table and separate kitchen, fully equipped for all you need to self cater but close enough to enjoy all of the local restaurants bars and cafes if you chose to. Fabulous location to explore the Cotswolds, Warwick Leamington and surrounding areas.

Lovely, well equipped, clean, flat in a good position. The town centre is a few minutes walk away and the theatre and river are also in easy walking distance. It's great being able to park the car just outside the flat too as so much of the town relies on parking permits.
